Terms of Service

Launchwise provides subscription-based website creation, hosting, maintenance, and related website services for businesses.

Your specific inclusions are based on the Launchwise plan you purchased and the scope shown to you at the time of your order.

Our Starter service currently includes website design and deployment services, hosting, domain-related services, SSL, basic website features, revisions, maintenance, support, and other inclusions described on the Launchwise website.

Services or features outside the included scope may require a separate quotation or additional fee.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information and the materials reasonably required for us to build and maintain your website.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use any logos, photos, videos, text, trademarks, business information, or other materials you provide to Launchwise.

You are also responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of your website content before approval or publication.

Our standard website build target is generally 3–5 business days after we receive the information, materials, approvals, and payment needed to begin the project.

The timeline may pause or change if we are waiting for information, content, feedback, approvals, or other requirements from you.

Timelines are targets rather than guaranteed completion dates, particularly where delays are caused by customer requirements, third-party services, technical issues, or circumstances reasonably outside Launchwise's control.

Your subscription includes the revisions, ongoing updates, and support described in your selected plan.

Requests that materially change the approved website, introduce new functionality, substantially expand the website, or fall outside the included service may be treated as additional work and separately quoted.

Our normal support response target is approximately 48–72 hours, depending on the nature of the request.

The Launchwise Starter subscription is currently ₱3,999 per month, unless another price is stated at the time of purchase.

Your subscription has a 12-month minimum commitment, beginning on the date of your first successful payment.

After completing the initial 12-month commitment, your subscription continues on a month-to-month basis at the then-current applicable price until cancelled.

We will communicate material pricing changes where reasonably required before they take effect.

Subscription fees must be paid according to the payment instructions provided by Launchwise.

For manual payments, you may be required to provide a valid payment reference number or other reasonable proof of payment so that we can verify your transaction.

Launchwise will issue an electronic invoice, receipt, payment confirmation, or other applicable proof of transaction for payments received, in accordance with applicable requirements.

If payment becomes overdue, you will have a 7-calendar-day grace period to settle the outstanding amount.

If the account remains unpaid after the grace period, Launchwise may temporarily suspend the website or related services until payment is received.

Suspension does not automatically cancel outstanding obligations under the subscription.

You may request to end your subscription before completing the 12-month minimum commitment.

Because Launchwise performs substantial website setup and development work at the beginning of the subscription, early termination may be subject to a reasonable Early Termination Fee.

The fee may be based on factors such as:

• website work already completed;
• unrecovered setup or development costs;
• third-party costs incurred for your project; and
• the remaining period of your minimum commitment.

The Early Termination Fee will not exceed the lower of:

• (a) six (6) months of your current monthly subscription fee; or
• (b) the remaining subscription balance under your minimum commitment.

Launchwise may reduce or waive the fee where appropriate based on the circumstances.

Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

After completing your initial 12-month commitment, you may cancel your month-to-month subscription by providing notice to Launchwise.

Cancellation will stop future subscription periods after the effective cancellation date and settlement of any outstanding charges.

Payments for services already provided, website work already performed, subscription periods already started, or third-party expenses already incurred are generally non-refundable.

However, any refund rights required under applicable Philippine law will continue to apply.

You retain ownership of the original content and materials that you provide to Launchwise, including your business information, logos, photographs, trademarks, and original written content.

Launchwise retains ownership and control of the website build, source code, templates, components, systems, hosting environment, development methods, infrastructure, and other underlying technology used to provide the service.

Your subscription gives you the right to use the website while your Launchwise service remains active and in good standing.

Unless separately agreed in writing, the website build, source code, hosting environment, system access, and underlying Launchwise technology are not transferable to the customer when the subscription ends.

Where Launchwise purchases or manages a domain specifically for your business, Launchwise may manage the domain on your behalf while your subscription is active.

After your Launchwise service ends, you may request the transfer of a domain purchased specifically for your business once all outstanding obligations have been settled.

Reasonable third-party transfer, renewal, or registrar fees may apply.

This domain transfer right does not include the transfer of the Launchwise website, source code, hosting environment, or underlying technology.

Launchwise may use third-party technology and service providers as reasonably necessary to provide our services, including services relating to hosting, domains, communication, storage, payments, infrastructure, and website operations.

We may also use AI-assisted technologies to support activities such as website design, content preparation, development, quality review, and business operations.

Launchwise remains responsible for providing the service agreed with you, but third-party products and services may also be subject to their own availability, limitations, or terms.

You must not use a Launchwise website to intentionally engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, infringing, or abusive activities.

Launchwise may refuse, suspend, or terminate services where we reasonably believe a website or customer activity:

• violates applicable law;
• infringes the rights of others;
• involves fraud or abuse;
• creates material security risks; or
• seriously violates these Terms.

Where appropriate, we will attempt to inform you of the issue and provide a reasonable opportunity to address it.

We aim to keep Launchwise websites operational and properly maintained.

However, no online service can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security updates, third-party outages, internet infrastructure, technical issues, or events reasonably outside our control.

We will take reasonable steps to address service issues within our control.

When your Launchwise service ends, the website may be taken offline.

You should retain your own copies of the original content, images, documents, and business materials you provide to Launchwise.

Unless separately agreed in writing, Launchwise is not required to provide or transfer the website source code, website files, hosting environment, internal systems, or administrative credentials.

Any eligible domain transfer will be handled separately under Section 12.

Launchwise will provide its services with reasonable care and in accordance with the agreed scope.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Launchwise will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, third-party service interruptions, customer-provided information or materials, unauthorized customer actions, or misuse of the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or customer rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable Philippine law.

If you experience a problem with your Launchwise service, please contact us first so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Launchwise will review complaints and attempt to resolve them promptly.

Where applicable, the internal redress process will be considered exhausted in accordance with Philippine law if a complaint remains unresolved after seven (7) calendar days from filing.

Customers may also pursue any remedies available to them under applicable Philippine law.

Our collection and handling of personal information are described separately in the Launchwise Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that personal information necessary to provide and administer the service may be processed in accordance with that policy and applicable Philippine privacy laws.

Launchwise may update these Terms from time to time as our services, pricing, operations, or legal requirements change.

Material changes that affect an existing subscription will be communicated where reasonably required.

The version of the Terms applicable to your transaction will be identified by its effective date or version.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable Philippine consumer, e-commerce, privacy, or other mandatory laws.
